Suji Ka Halwa Banane Ka Tarika
Suji Ka halwa is one of the famous dessert of Asians. Suji ka halwa banane ka tarika is quick and easy. This halwa recipe is made in only 10 minutes and tastes super delicious. Suji ka halwa is made with simple basic ingredients that are easily available at our homes. Let’s look at the ingredients list of Suji Halwa.

Suji Ka Halwa Ingredients List:
- 1 cup semolina/suji
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 cups of water
- 2 green cardamoms
- 1 cup cooking oil
- Almonds (optional)
Method of Making Suji Ka Halwa:
- Take a wok and dry roast 1 cup of semolina/suji on medium heat until its color turns light golden brown. Transfer semolina in a bowl
- Now, in the same wok, add sugar, water and green cardamoms. Wait until sugar dissolves in water completely.
- Then, add roasted semolina and mix continuously. Once semolina absorbs all the water, add cooking oil and cook halwa for 5 to 6 minutes on medium heat.
- After that add dry fruits like almonds, pistachios or walnuts and cook for more 2 to 3 minutes until semolina leaves oil.
- Delicious Suji ka halwa is ready to eat.
