Hi friends, today I am going to share best weight loss dinner recipe which will keep you full for a longer time and has less than 300 calories. This healthy and tasty salad recipe is made up of red kidney beans which are an amazing source of protein and vegetables which provide fiber. When your diet includes protein and fiber, it prevents hair fall and constipation. Furthermore, those who think that weight loss food is too boring to eat and they give up easily, have to try this salad recipe at home.

  • 5 tbsp. boiled red kidney beans
  • 2 tbsp. chopped cabbage
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1 tbsp. chopped onion
  • 1 tbsp. chopped tomato
  • 1 small size apple
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper powder
  • 1/4th tsp of chaat masala powder
  • 1 lemon’s juice


  • Add all the ingredients in a bowl or on a plate and mix them well.

Note: You can also use 5 tbsp. Red kidney beans from cooked beans gravy instead of simple boiled red kidney beans.

This salad is enough for 1 person.

If you are on diet and want to lose good amount of weight then you can have this salad either in lunch or in dinner. You can also have it twice a day.
