Egg Fried Rice Recipe | Chinese Rice
Hi people, Today I am sharing restaurant style egg fried rice recipe. Egg fried rice is a Chinese cuisine that is why it is also known as Chinese rice. These are made with eggs and vegetables and sometimes people also add chicken in them. So, let’s look at the ingredients that you need to make Chinese egg fried rice recipe.

Ingredients:
- Water
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4th tsp cumin
- 1 glass of rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of orange food color
- 8 tbsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 capsicum
- 1 carrot
- 1/2 cabbage
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tbsp. vinegar
- 2 tbsp. soya sauce
- 2 tbsp. chili sauce
- Green onion 3 tbsp.
Method:
- Take a wok and add water, salt and cumin in it. Now wait for a while until water starts boiling. Once the water started boiling, add soaked rice in water and cook until they are 95% done. Furthermore, you need to soak the rice for 30 minutes before cooking them. Once the rice are 95% done strain them and move towards the next step.
- In the second step, mix orange food color in 2 whole eggs and beat them well with the help of a folk. After that, take a wok and add oil in it. Once the oil gets heated, add beaten eggs and let them cook on medium heat for 2 minutes. After that, break eggs into pieces, pieces neither be too small or nor too big. Once the eggs are fully cooked, take them out on a plate.
- In the third step, add oil and chopped garlic in the same wok and cook for 2 minutes. After 2 minutes, add capsicum, cabbage and carrot in a wok and let them cook for more 2 minutes on high heat. Then add salt, black pepper and mix well. Furthermore, to make it more delicious and flavorful add vinegar, soya sauce and chili sauce in a wok. Mix all the ingredients well and add fried eggs. Mix again and cook for a minute.
- After a minute add boiled rice in a wok and mix well. Lastly, add green onion on the top, cover the lid and cook on low heat for 2 minutes. Tasty restaurant style egg fried rice are ready to serve and eat.
