Muharram Special Doodh Ka Sharbat Recipe | Muharram 22
Muharram Ul Haram Month is here and people specially make doodh ka sharbat in the month of Muharram. On this Islamic occasion i.e. Muharram 22, i am sharing my Muharram special doodh ka sharbat recipe for Langar Niyaz. Try this easy and delicious Muharram sharbat recipe on this Muharram ul Haram 2022. You will love it for sure.
Muharram Special Doodh Ka Sharbat Recipe Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 liter Milk
- Basil Seeds 1 tbsp.
- Ice cubes as per need
- Almonds and Pistachios
- Mango Chunks 1 cup
- Strawberry Jelly 1 cup
- Sugar 6 to 7 tbsp.
- Milk 1/2 cup
- Mango Custard Powder 2 tbsp.
Method of making Muharram Special Sharbat:
- Add 1 1/2 liter milk in a wok and add 6 to 7 tbsp. of sugar in it. Allow the milk to boil.
- Meanwhile, take a small bowl and add 1/2 cup milk in it. Now add 2 tbsp. of mango custard powder in it and mix well with the help of a spoon.
- Once the milk starts boiling, gradually add custard and milk mixture in it and let it cook for 4 to 5 minutes. Make sure that there should not be any lump present in custard milk.
- Once you are done, let it cool down completely.
- Then add soaked basil seeds, ice cubes, almonds and pistachios powder in it and mix well.
- After that add frozen mango chunks and strawberry jelly in sharbat and mix it really well.
- Yummiest Muharram special langar sharbat is ready to serve.
Note: Soak basil seeds for half an hour in water before using them and freeze 1 cup mango chunks for at least 1 hour before you use them in sharbat.
